Only two seasons old, the Ladies Golf Association (LGA), plays on Wednesday mornings at 8:00 a.m. from April thru October. Some play only nine holes while others will play 18. The LGA dues are $25 for the year, which go towards the annual Christmas party in December and also to help other charitable organizations or needs in our community.
Other funds that help their cause are 50/50 ticket sales at most of our tournaments and a small entry fee each Wednesday that is divided to cover prizes for the day and some for the fund! Our membership is about 24 ladies currently and like our club membership, growing! Things we do at the club include:
- Alternate front and back 9 each Wednesday
- Maintain flower beds around club as directed by superintendent
- Assist with junior events
- Have golf mixers with our senior league
- Socials outside golf
- Dedicated tournaments just for ladies
